1General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to BD Bazar (https://bdbazar.casino) and all of its associated services. BD Bazar is an internationally licensed online gaming operator. All services provided on this platform are governed by the terms set out in this document.

• Age Restriction: BD Bazar is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Proof of identity or a birth certificate may be requested for age verification.
• One Account: Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same mobile number, email address, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Actual Information: You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and other details at the time of registration. Registering with false or inaccurate information is strictly prohibited.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals or for transactions above a specified amount.

3Deposit & Payment Methods

BD Bazar supports popular payment methods available in Bangladesh. All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name — transfers from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If a deposit is delayed due to any technical issue, please contact the BD Bazar support team.

4Withdrawal Terms & Conditions

• Before making a withdrawal, the deposited amount must be wagered at least once — funds cannot be withdrawn immediately after depositing.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000. Separate limits apply for VIP members.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

BD Bazar offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus carries a wagering requirement (typically 15–35x the bonus amount). Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until the required wager amount has been met.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games. This will be clearly stated in each offer's details.
• Multiple Bonuses: Having multiple bonuses active at the same time is generally not permitted — please refer to the terms of each individual offer.
• Bonuses claimed using a promo code are governed solely by the terms of that specific promotion.

6Betting Rules & Game Terms

• All bets are final. Once a game is completed, bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, BD Bazar will make a decision at its discretion.

7Prohibited Activities

9Account Closure & Fund Returns

• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If an account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user's registered payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
